Our Office is located in New Braunfels at 1528 E. Common Suite #18 . It is conveniently accessible from all areas of New Braunfels, San Marcos, Seguin, Canyon Lake, Bulverde, Spring Branch, Shertz and Selma.

In addition to Dr. Urteaga, our staff in comprised of the following professionals:

Office Manager, Debora Faulk, is in charge of all business activities of the office and staff and is available during business hours to answer any questions about insurance or billing.

Assistant, Corina Thornhill, is the doctor’s personal, “right hand” and can answer questions about medical issues and services provided.

Receptionist, Sandra Madrid-Montanez, is in charge of scheduling and insurance verification. Please call her if you have the need for an appointment of any type, urgent, routine or a new visit.
